Check Valves
TianyuMfg manufactures check valves in two types, clapper type check valves, and dart type check valves.
TianyuMfg check valves can effectively help to prevent the fluid from returning back into the manifold area or pumps and provide solid protection for equipment in the flow line. TianyuMfg suppliers check valves in 2” and 3” sizes with rated working pressure up to 20000psi.
TianyuMfg has two types of check valves to offer, clapper type check valves and dart type check valves. Clapper type check valves are used in applications where solid materials such as proppant are contained in the pumped fluid. Dart type check valves are recommended for use in the services where non-abrasive fluid media is pumped, such as nitrogen pumping.
Clapper type check valves
TianyuMfg clapper type check valves are available in 2” and 3” sizes with hammer union end connections for both standard and reverse flow. Unlike dart type check valves, clapper valves are manufactured for applications in which the fluid contains abrasive materials including proppants, solids.
Dart type check valves
TianyuMfg dart type check valves are made of a two-piece body that houses an inline spring-loaded dart. This structure allows fluid to flow toward the well while preventing it flow upstream of the check valve. Dart type check valves provide high performance and extended life in applications in which fluid media does not contain abrasive materials.
